DELIVERY METHOD AND TIME

Orders will be processed and shipped within an estimated delivery time of 7 to 15 business days in most cases, including the Germany, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Spain, United States, Finland, France, Ireland, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, Czechia and Austria. But it may take 10 to 30 days in some other countries.

It is not possible to check the package before it is delivered, as the packages are delivered sealed to the carrier (not inventoried) and therefore must be delivered in the same conditions.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, delivery may not be successful or cause delays in the delivery of your order.

 

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation message with the tracking number will be sent to the email registered at the time of purchase, with which you can track the status of the order by following the instructions provided.
